Can Zurich's image profit from the changes in the banking sector?

The Swiss bank UBS is cutting 10'000 jobs. Some of them in Zurich. Will this change have an impact on the image of the city? Pascal Geissbühler, Branders' Creative Director, is quoted in this BAZ Online article.
