Each week has an accompanying proverb to fill you with inspiration, too. These include truly motivating poetries like

«What doesn't kill you makes you wish it had», or

«Beer before wine, cry yourself to sleep.
Wine before beer, cry yourself to sleep.»

The diary is the result of a collaboration between design company Hat-trick Design and writer Nick Asbury. It comes in a disappointingly limited edition of 1,000 numbered copies.
